CXone VDI Controller Extension - Routes WebRTC media through CXone Media Engine for VDI environments

The CXone VDI Controller Extension offers optimized audio connectivity for agents using CXone Agent in virtual desktop environments. The extension redirects call audio through the agent's local machine instead of the VDI virtual machine, enabling lower latency and improved voice quality. When the extension is installed and enabled, CXone Agent automatically detects it and routes audio through the connected CXone Media Engine running on the agent's local machine. In the event that CXone Agent is refreshed or unexpectedly closed, the active audio path with a customer will not be disrupted.
