AI assistant for customer support agents. CX Copilot helps users of tools like Zendesk, HelpScout and Intercom use an AI assistant to answer their support tickets. In order to use CX Copilot, you need to create and embed a knowledge base of your support docs. Then every time you open a support ticket, CX Copilot will populate an AI generated response that you can easily use.
