Overview

Check fulfillment cutoff windows across time zones with local-only planning math.

Cutoff Time Snap helps ecommerce, customer service, warehouse, wholesale, and operations teams make quick same-day fulfillment cutoff checks before replying to customers, updating order notes, or preparing pick and ship work. Enter an order time, the order time zone, the fulfillment time zone, the ship cutoff, a prep buffer, a missed-cutoff delay, and whether weekend ship dates should be skipped. The popup converts the order to fulfillment local time, shows the effective cutoff after buffer time, flags whether the order is still inside the same-day window, and gives the next eligible ship date when the cutoff is missed. Use it before promising same-day handling, explaining a missed cutoff, preparing warehouse notes, or turning a time-zone question into a clean copyable planning note. Cutoff Time Snap runs entirely in the popup. It does not read pages, connect to ecommerce or shipping systems, use remote code, or collect data. It uses fixed offset choices for lightweight planning and is not fulfillment, delivery, carrier, legal, contractual, customer-service, financial, tax, safety, or compliance advice.
