Custom Themes - Style Any Website
Overview
Apply custom CSS themes to any website. Browse pre-made styles or write your own.
Custom Themes lets you personalize websites by writing and applying your own CSS styles. Create custom themes, choose which websites they should apply to, preview changes live, and enable or disable each style anytime from the toolbar popup. The extension is built for users who want more control over how websites look, including colors, spacing, fonts, layouts, and other visual CSS changes. Custom Themes stores your styles locally in your browser and applies only the styles you create. Key Features: • Create custom CSS styles for websites • Apply styles using URL patterns • Supports domain patterns and wildcard patterns • Enable or disable each style anytime • View styles active on the current site • Manage all saved styles from the editor • Live CSS preview on the active tab • Edit, save, and delete styles • Badge shows how many styles are active on the current tab • Supports single-page apps by detecting URL changes • Local style storage using Chrome storage • No account required • No external server connection • No analytics or tracking scripts How to Use: 1. Install Custom Themes. 2. Click the extension icon in your Chrome toolbar. 3. Click Create a style. 4. Add a style name. 5. Enter one or more URL patterns, such as example.com or *://*.example.com/*. 6. Write your custom CSS. 7. Use the live preview to check the result. 8. Save the style. 9. URL Pattern Examples: • example.com • *://*.example.com/* • https://example.com/* • https://example.com/blog/* Privacy Friendly: Custom Themes runs locally in your browser. Based on the current extension files, it does not collect personal information, does not use analytics, does not send browsing data to an external server, and does not upload your CSS styles anywhere. Your custom CSS styles, names, enabled status, and URL patterns are saved locally using Chrome storage. Important Notice: Custom CSS can change how a webpage looks and may affect layout or readability. If a style causes display issues, disable or delete that style from the popup or editor.
