I've used it multiple times per day since the app is available. It is great to see the health scores of customers within Gmail (I'm using Gmail for emailing customers). The app itself is a sidebar that contains information of the customer from Custify as example health score, summary of the last customer interaction and ratings. I recommend this app for everyone using Custify.

Absolutely loving it! It helped me saving so much time, from getting me a comprehensive customers view, without needing to switch tabs and having to log in to multiple tabs. Very helpful as well when writing emails to the customers and having their most relevant data as a sidekick.
