Great little tool that provides comp data for a lot of companies I was looking at. Can't wait to see how it progresses over time.

I really love the concept - It's quick, convenient and not intrusive. Their site says it's currently in Beta, so there aren't results for EVERY job, but even when there's not they give helpful data and estimates. If a lot of people end up using this, I could see it becoming an invaluable tool for job seekers.
