CursorPet — Ducky Cursor Pet

A playful cursor pet for Chrome: place Ducky anywhere, draw a Magic Circle, and enjoy window push-and-pull reactions.

CursorPet is a playful cursor pet for Chrome that adds a tiny Ducky companion to ordinary webpages. This cursor companion follows your movement, stays wherever you place it when pointer following is off, responds to a locally recognized Magic Circle, and has a signature push-and-pull reaction when you resize the Chrome window. Ducky quietly follows your cursor without blocking clicks, typing, scrolling, text selection, forms, or drag-and-drop. Turn Follow Pointer off and Ducky walks to a safe bottom-right position; drag Ducky anywhere inside the visible webpage and the manual position is restored after refreshes, new tabs, Chrome restarts, resizing, scrolling, and page zoom changes. In stationary mode, Magic Circle appears as an optional local control. Draw a loose circle that touches Ducky to see a short golden trail and trigger one of seven surprise moves for eight seconds; draw again to switch moves immediately. Grow the focused Chrome window and Ducky braces against the contacted edge to push it outward. Shrink the window and Ducky leans back to pull the edge inward. Stay in the same active tab with pointer following enabled for 20 seconds and Ducky walks to the bottom of the visible page to rest. To bring Ducky to ordinary webpages, open the toolbar popup and select Enable Ducky Everywhere. Chrome then asks once for optional access to normal HTTP and HTTPS pages so CursorPet can render Ducky and process cursor coordinates inside the active page. The current site, cursor position, and Magic Circle samples are handled only on the user's device. Raw pointer coordinates and gesture samples are not stored; only preferences and the user-selected stationary position, represented as normalized viewport coordinates, are saved in local extension storage. CursorPet does not read page text, form values, passwords, cookies, authentication information, or document contents, and it does not transmit user data. CursorPet intentionally does not run on Chrome settings, `chrome://` pages, protected New Tab pages, or the Chrome Web Store.
