Cursor Trails: Sparkle Mouse Trail and Click Effects
Overview
Sparkles, petals, confetti or fireflies follow your mouse on every website, with a burst when you click. 8 styles, free.
Make every website a little more fun. Cursor Trails adds a sparkle mouse trail to Google, YouTube, Gmail and every site you visit: a soft trail follows your cursor as you move it, and a burst of sparkles or confetti pops when you click. A cute, aesthetic cursor effect that never gets in the way. Eight styles, all free: - Sparkles: twinkling stars in sunny colours - Petals: pink petals drifting down - Comet: a glowing comet tail - Ribbon: a rainbow ribbon that follows you - Bubbles: floating bubbles - Confetti: party confetti - Pixel: retro pixel squares - Fireflies: glowing fireflies that wander off Pick colours (the style's own, sunset, ocean, candy or snow), and set the size and amount. Click the icon in your toolbar to change style, try it right in the popup, or switch trails off with one tap. Light and private: the trail is drawn on your screen only. It reads nothing on the pages you visit, collects no data and sends nothing anywhere. No account, no ads. It starts straight away, even on the tabs you already have open, and keeps going over embedded videos and frames. Chrome doesn't let any extension draw on its own pages (the new tab page, settings and the Web Store), so the trail shows on websites. Made by Prakash Collective, a small studio making free little toys for your screen. Try the trails and more at prakashcollective.com.
