Cue — meeting link auto-open

Opens your meeting link a set number of minutes before it starts, so you're never late. Mission-control countdown in your toolbar.

Cue opens your meeting link before the meeting starts, so you're never the one saying "sorry, I couldn't find the invite." Save a meeting once — a link, a start time, and how many minutes early you want it opened. Cue does the rest. An 11:00 meeting with a 5-minute lead opens at 10:55, in whatever way you chose, whether or not Chrome was awake at the time. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHAT IT DOES • AUTO-OPENS YOUR MEETING at start minus your lead time. • A LIVE COUNTDOWN on the toolbar icon, so you always know what's next. • REPEATS however you actually meet — one-off, daily, weekdays, weekly on chosen days, or monthly (on a date, or "the last Friday"). • PINNED TO ITS OWN TIMEZONE. Pick an explicit timezone per meeting and travel won't shift it. Daylight saving is handled. • OPENS WHERE YOU WANT — a new tab, a new window, an incognito window, or by focusing the tab if the meeting is already open instead of opening a second one. • DESKTOP APP HANDOFF for Zoom and Microsoft Teams, using the platform's own link so your OS opens the installed app. • JOIN WITH CAMERA OR MIC OFF, per meeting, using Chrome's own site permission — held just long enough to cover joining, then released, so you can still unmute and speak. • A HEADS-UP NOTIFICATION about a minute before, with "Join now" and "Snooze 5 min". Ignore it and the tab still opens on time. • CATCH-UP IF CHROME WAS ASLEEP. If your machine was off at the trigger, Cue still opens the link when it wakes — as long as you're within the grace window. Anything older is marked missed instead of ambushing you. • MEETING TIMER. Once you're in, Cue counts how long the meeting has run and lets you mark it done early. One-off meetings tidy themselves away when finished; recurring ones roll straight to the next countdown. • PAUSE ALL with one switch, without deleting anything. • BACKUP as JSON, and sync across your Chrome profile. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHAT IT HONESTLY CANNOT DO A Chrome extension is sandboxed, and we'd rather tell you than let you find out at 10:55. • It CANNOT open your meeting in a different browser (Firefox, Edge, Safari). Chrome gives extensions no way to launch another program. Doing it properly needs a separate companion app installed outside Chrome — a possible future addition, not a thing we're pretending to do today. • It CANNOT force your camera or microphone ON. No extension can; Chrome will not let one auto-grant device access. Cue can reliably hold them OFF as you join (that's a site permission it can set), but turning them on is yours to do. • It will not sit on your camera all meeting. The hold covers joining and lifts about a minute later, so you can unmute and speak like normal. If you need it gone sooner, Cue's popup has a "Let me speak" button. • Google Meet has no desktop-app link, so Cue opens Meet in the browser. Webex's own join page launches its app, so Cue lets it. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ PRIVACY Cue makes no network requests at all. There are no analytics, no accounts, no remote code, and no tracking of any kind. Your meetings live in your own Chrome storage and nowhere else.
