Overview

Shows who an email is with in Cubby, and the deals it might be about.

Cubby for Gmail is for The Daily Aus commercial team. It adds a panel to the Gmail sidebar that shows who an email is with in Cubby (our deals and contacts platform) and which deals it might be about. You choose what is logged. Pressing "Log to Cubby" on a conversation, or leaving the Log toggle on when you write to a known client, files that conversation against the company and deals you pick so colleagues can read it on the deal. Nothing is logged unless you choose it, and Cubby never reads the content of a conversation you have not chosen to log: for any open conversation it looks up only the email addresses on it. What it stores in Cubby, only for conversations you log: the messages that involve someone outside The Daily Aus (as plain text), who sent and received them, and attachment names, sizes and types. Never attachment contents, never open or click tracking. Internal-only messages and drafts are left out. You can unlog a conversation at any time, and an admin can erase one person's email on request. Only people at thedailyaus.com.au can sign in.
