Overview
Downloads images from a CSV into per-product folders using chrome.downloads. Requests permission at runtime only.
Used to save images into per-product subfolders (e.g., 12345/12345_1.jpg) when the user starts a batch from the CSV. Requested only at that moment; otherwise the extension uses the standard browser download fallback
