CSS Scratchpad lets developers temporarily test custom CSS on any webpage. Click the extension icon to open a floating in-page scratchpad. Write CSS, apply it instantly, unapply it, clear it, or collapse the panel while you keep working. You can also pick an element on the page to inspect and live-edit its styles. CSS Scratchpad highlights the element, pulls its computed styles into the editor, and lets you test changes directly without editing source files.
