AI compliance checks for Zendesk replies (text & bitmap images) before send; blocks risky outbound messages.

CSRisk supports enterprise compliance and data protection for customer support. It is deployed and managed by your organization's administrators and runs only in authorized Zendesk environments. It checks Zendesk replies before they are sent and blocks risky messages. The extension communicates only with your organization's internal backend systems. It does not collect personal user information or upload usage data to any third-party servers.
