On first use, sign in through the extension's Steam QR or password flow; credentials go directly to Valve, while the resulting refresh token is encrypted and retained locally for the selected Steam account. The extension does not send your Steam username, password, Steam Guard code, recovery code, shared secret, or API key to My CS2 Stuff. Data accessed The active Steam account identifier from your browser session. An encrypted SteamClient refresh token stored locally per account after successful login. CS2 inventory and storage-unit data from Steam. Minimal local extension state, such as acknowledgement, UI preference, and connection status. How it is used Match the active browser Steam account to the locally saved extension account. Connect directly to Valve's Steam and CS2 services. Display inventory and storage-unit contents. Execute deposit, withdraw, and rename actions only after you choose them. Sharing and retention The extension has no developer-operated backend. Steam credentials, inventory data, and storage-unit data are not sent to My CS2 Stuff, advertisers, analytics providers, data brokers, or other third parties. Refresh tokens are encrypted and retained locally per Steam account until you delete that account or uninstall the extension. Production logging is disabled and no rolling debug log buffer is retained.
