Integration & Profile Photo Issues

The Google Calendar Integration plugin is missing from the Tools drop down menu. Also, I'm unable to update my profile photo from the original generic monogram badge. I get this error message every time I try: "Something went wrong with the photo upload! Error code: 500"

Not seeing Crystal writing tool in my Outlook

I have downloaded the Chrome extension but don't see the tool when I open new emails or reply to emails. I do see it in LinkedIn so I know my free account is working. What steps do I need to take?

Can anyone tell me how to hide this thing from my sidebar?

There's got to be a way to just get this out of the way but I just can't seem to find it. Maybe I'm crazy, I hope I am. Even if I don't click the chrome extension I get the little tab sticking out which blocks parts of the page and if I click it I can't get the sidebar to close unless chrome is maximized on the screen, even on my 32" monitor?

This has to be user error, but I don't see any plugin settings for it and have had to remove it from Chrome if I don't want that little black flower tab there.
