Crypto Tracker is a lightweight cryptocurrency tracker for your browser. Add coins to a watchlist, keep a simple portfolio in US dollars, and see live prices plus 24h change at a glance. Features Watchlist — search coins, see USD price and 24h change. Portfolio — track holdings with amounts and USD value. Charts — candles or line, multiple timeframes, optional volume, dark trading-style UI. Chart data for USDT spot pairs is loaded from Bybit when available, with CoinGecko as a fallback. Full-page chart — open the chart in a new tab for a larger workspace. Themes — light, dark, or follow the system; preferences are saved locally. Local storage — lists and settings are stored on your device (chrome.storage). Important This extension is not a broker and does not place trades; it only displays market data and your locally entered portfolio notes. Nothing in the app is financial advice. Network access is required for price and chart APIs (e.g. CoinGecko; Bybit if enabled in your shipped manifest). Privacy No login is required. No trading API keys are stored. An optional CoinGecko API key may be used in your build to ease rate limits. “What’s new” (first release) Initial release: watchlist, portfolio, USD prices, chart with timeframes & volume, open chart in tab, dark theme.
