HOW IT WORKS • Close the last tab for a site → a grace period starts (15 seconds by default, configurable 0–300s) • Reopen the site in time? The code needs access to all sites ("Read and change all your data on all websites") for one reason only: Chrome's cookie API requires host access to delete a site's cookies.
