SCAM I purchased the crosslister monthly subscription and wanted to cancel it. There is no information about how to cancel the subscription and I've emailed them 4 TIMES!! They have not responded and the first email was LAST YEAR!! I will lose lots of money due to the subscription and I don't even want the product
Hi Oliver, here to help. We do have instructions on cancellation and we do not have any email from you. We respond within 24 hours to all support requests. Please reach out to our support on instagram or discord if you are having trouble sending emails to our address. You can also try re-sending your email from a different address.

Amazing!!! works so well when you sell on different regions at once. I sell products internationally and this is killer. Had a nice chat with the developer on how to improve it even more.

This app work great, until it didn't. After signing up for the subscription I can’t sign in; I can’t change my password. Nothing. And no one responds to my emails. I went to FB to reach out to them and they say send an email. Sir, Ma'am, (tapping on their foreheads) how are we supposed to reach you when you don’t reply? Ok app, horrible customer service.

Right now the app should probably be free as they are still working on it. Its good in theory and had worked before,... they did say they are working on it, so that is nice they got back to me. When it worked it works pretty cool from Posh to Mercari, but posh to ebay is not so good , and posh to grailed is wonky.

App was working great for me for a good a while and then stopped working on my website out of nowhere. Ive been waiting over 3 months for a respond for this issue with no reply. Find it curious that before purchasing i wrote to them with a few questions and got a respond quite quickly but now that im a paying customer I get no respond for them. Hey Louise, We responded to all your previous queries, within 24 hours as we do to most customers (we sent proof of this with the timestamps included). Your reply-to email appears to be bouncing email replies sent to it and we have provide evidence that supports this as well to you. We also offered to fix the issue asap once the problem with your reply-to email address was identified. We have always been motivated to deal with this issue and wish things would have turned out differently.
