Overview

Replaces YouTube live chat with a Twitch chat panel rendering 7TV, BTTV and FFZ emotes.

CrossChat replaces YouTube's live chat with a streamer's Twitch chat. For creators who stream to YouTube but whose community is on Twitch, it puts the real chat where the native one used to be — with all the emotes: native Twitch, 7TV, BTTV and FFZ. - Reads a Twitch channel's chat inside YouTube, in place of the native chat. - Renders real emotes: native Twitch plus 7TV, BTTV and FFZ, both global and per-channel. - Reading is anonymous, no login required. - Optional Twitch login to send messages. - Remembers which Twitch channel maps to each YouTube channel. - Themeable, configurable panel that survives theatre mode and in-app navigation.
