CRM Toolbox brings the everyday admin and developer tasks for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dataverse into one place. Open it on any model-driven app or in the Power Apps and Power Automate maker portals by clicking the toolbar icon or pressing Alt+Shift+D. It opens as an overlay on top of the page you're working on, so you never lose your place. QUERY BUILDER A faster Advanced Find, right inside the toolbox. • Filters with AND/OR groups, choice values, record lookups and relative dates • Related tables (N:1, 1:N and N:N), columns, sorting and paged results • View and edit the FetchXML directly • Export results to CSV • Recent and saved queries, open existing views, or save a query as a personal view in CRM TRANSLATIONS Edit labels in every language provisioned in your environment, side by side in one grid: • Tables, columns, and local and global choices • Forms (name, tabs, sections and fields), views, apps and sitemaps • Missing translations are highlighted, and changes are clearly marked before you save • Save, or save and publish, in one click. Languages you didn't touch are left as they are. AUDIT HISTORY See the change history of the record you have open: date, user, event, and old and new values for each field, with a text filter to find a change quickly. PRIVILEGE CHECKER Find out which security privileges a task really needs. Start a recording, do the task in CRM as usual, and the toolbox lists the table privileges the work used, laid out like the security role editor. Denied calls are flagged, you can compare the result with an existing security role, and you can copy or export it as CSV. LANGUAGE SWITCHER Switch your Dynamics 365 UI language and your date, time and number formats, then reload the page, without digging through personal settings. PRIVACY • The extension has no server. It talks only to your own Dynamics 365 environment, using the account you're already signed in with. • You can only see and change what your security roles already allow. • Settings and saved queries are stored locally in your browser. • No analytics, no tracking, no ads.
