CRM Assist by ShiftRight
Overview
Update Salesforce or Dynamics 365 in seconds with the CRM login already in your browser. Your CRM session never leaves your browser.
CRM Assist helps sales reps keep Salesforce and Dynamics 365 up to date in seconds instead of on Friday afternoons. WHAT YOU GET • Today: your tasks, meetings, deals closing this week and deals that need attention, in one place. • A fast pipeline grid and board: edit stage, amount, close date and next step inline; paste a column from a spreadsheet; update many deals at once; Ctrl+Z to undo. • A deal panel to log calls and meetings, add notes, tasks, contacts and products, and close deals as won or lost with the reason. • Forecast for reps and managers: forecast calls, quotas, what changed this week, and win/loss. • Meera flags deals that need attention (past close dates, missing next steps, stale deals) and takes quick typed updates. • Connect your own AI assistant (Claude or ChatGPT) to work with your pipeline. WHY AN EXTENSION CRM Assist uses the Salesforce or Dynamics 365 login you already have in Chrome, so you can start without your company installing anything in the CRM. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open crmassist.shiftright.tech and choose the CRM login the extension finds in your browser. If you're not signed in to your CRM yet, CRM Assist opens your company's own sign-in page (single sign-on works). 2. Approve it once in the extension's window. 3. Confirm your email with a one-time code. Your pipeline loads straight from your CRM. PRIVACY AND SECURITY • Your CRM session stays in your browser. It is never sent to CRM Assist's servers. • Deal data goes straight from your CRM to your screen; we don't store your pipeline. • The extension only allows a fixed list of CRM requests (read, create and update opportunities, accounts, contacts, leads, tasks, meetings, notes and products). It never deletes records. • You see and change only what your own CRM user is allowed to. • Remove access any time from the extension's toolbar button. ALSO INCLUDED • New tabs open CRM Assist. Turn this off in the toolbar popup. • Cmd+J (Mac) / Alt+J opens CRM Assist with the quick-update box ready. Change it in Chrome's extension shortcuts. • A small CRM Assist button on Salesforce and Dynamics 365 record pages opens that deal in CRM Assist. REQUIREMENTS • A CRM Assist account (free trial, then a paid plan). • Salesforce: your user needs the "API Enabled" permission. • Dynamics 365: keep a Dynamics tab open while you use CRM Assist.
