Overview
Save posts from Instagram, X, Pinterest & YouTube — plus any page or screenshot — into your local Creos library.
Creos Capture is the browser side of Creos, the local-first library for everything you save. One click sends posts, pages, and screenshots to the Creos app on your Mac — nothing ever touches a cloud server. WHAT IT DOES • Save posts from Instagram, X (Twitter), and Pinterest as you browse — images, videos, carousels, and captions included • Save YouTube videos as references, with the full transcript when the video has one • Import in bulk: your X bookmarks, Instagram saved folders, and Pinterest boards, with duplicates skipped automatically • Capture any page — full-page archive, visible-area screenshot, or a region you drag-select • Save any URL as a link card with its preview image • Right-click anything — selected text, an image, a link — and "Add to Creos" 100% LOCAL, BY DESIGN Everything you capture goes over localhost (127.0.0.1) straight into the Creos app running on your Mac. There is no Creos server. No account, no tracking, no analytics in the extension — your library lives in a local database you own. REQUIRES THE CREOS APP This extension is a companion to the Creos desktop app for macOS (https://trycreos.com). Install the app first; the extension pairs with it automatically on first use.
