Credentialing Autofill helps credentialing specialists manage multiple provider profiles and fill repetitive web forms from an encrypted local vault. Review the matched fields, then fill selected values with one click. MULTIPLE PROFILES Switch providers and search saved profiles by name or NPI. Free supports 3 profiles; Pro supports unlimited profiles. Each provider keeps their own details, custom fields and PDF documents. PRIVACY-FIRST LOCAL STORAGE Provider profiles and PDFs are encrypted in your browser on your device. No automatic cloud sync, analytics or remote error reporting. Provider records are not uploaded to our servers for matching. License checks send license/device-instance information to richbirds.net and Lemon Squeezy, not provider records. ONE-CLICK FILLING, WITH YOUR REVIEW Open the side panel, scan a website you authorize, compare webpage values with your saved profile, review the selected matches, then click Fill This Page. Matched fields with saved values are selected by default; exclude individual fields or choose a different mapping. Supports standard inputs and selects, plus some accessible custom dropdowns. Compatibility varies by website. The extension never clicks Submit, Attest or Save & Continue; websites may still autosave values you enter. 122 PRESET PROVIDER FIELDS Organize personal information, NPI and professional IDs, state licenses, practice locations, education, malpractice insurance and hospital affiliations. Free includes 20 basic fields. Pro unlocks all 122 preset fields and custom text/date fields, editable labels and matching aliases per provider. Ambiguous matches require manual selection. ENCRYPTED BACKUP & RESTORE — PRO Export all saved profiles and complete PDFs added to the vault into a password-encrypted JSON backup. Restore on another browser or device using the original backup password and an active Pro license. Filenames include the export date and provider count. Each PDF can be up to 5 MB; browser storage limits apply. Password recovery is not available. DOCUMENT HELPER & SHARED-DEVICE CLEANUP Pro users can store PDFs by provider/category, download a copy, and copy a filename for manual portal uploads. Clear this device erases the extension’s local vault and license cache. Downloaded files, clipboard contents and data already filled into websites need separate cleanup. FREE & PRO Free: 3 provider profiles and 20 basic fields. Pro: $39/month or $329/year, with unlimited profiles and autofills, all 122 preset fields, custom fields, PDF storage, and encrypted backup/restore.
