Nice and simple. Good job. I would suggest, if it were possible, to add an options in order to let users decide how the placeholder images will appear. Things such as a default background image, text color, drop shadows or anything like that. But otherwise, still a nice idea. I like it.

No instructions, and appears to do nothing when clicking the toolbar button.
