Floating Document-PiP mirror for Medilis dictation (web source of truth).
CRE Floating Transcriber mirrors the Medilis.ai CRE radiology-dictation panel into a Document Picture-in-Picture window so the radiologist can keep dictating and running report actions while the main browser tab is hidden behind the PACS image viewer. The web application remains the source of truth; the extension only reflects its UI state and relays the user's own clicks back to the same page.
