It's okay but why am I only seeing the latest custom fields compared? Where are all of the standard ones?

Yes, even I am facing issue with this extension. It has not received the accurate data comparison.

Unfortunately this doesn't return accurate data. As a system admin I have visibility to all profile access and when comparing the returned results from this extension to both actual user interactivity and profile settings this is a HUGE MISS! How can a profile cloned from a standard profile with account access then be displayed as having none. I would caution users to check for yourselves. Hello Doug, Thanks your sharing your observation. Yes, there is known issue when you try to clone the profile and then compare it with original one and that's because of the salesforce API's limitation.
