Keyboard pop up

My problem is a weird one, every time that I touch the screen my keyboard pops on the screen. Makes it impossible to play the game. Hoping there is a solution.

Can't Steer With Gamepad

Can't steer with my XBox 360 controller. I can jump and boost, but the d-pad and stick are not steering.
