Install this Chrome extension. 2. Install the ZenNotification app from the Zendesk Marketplace: https://www.zendesk.com/marketplace/apps/support/1177863/zennotification/ 3. Open the ZenNotification app in Zendesk (search for the "N" icon - top-right corner) and choose your notification preferences.
