floral wallpaper

this wallpaper was how it was shown on the photo and then when i turned my laptop off and loaded it back up later only the search bar had the wallpaper, how can i fix this?

Search Bar Color

In the preview the search bar remains white. Indeed, this is how it appeared for me for the years I have been using this theme. However, yesterday it turned black. I know it's the theme because when I uninstall it, it goes back to white. I hate the look of the black, please fix this.
