CP Bot is a specialized fulfillment automation tool designed for Australian e-commerce operators to streamline cross-platform shipping address management between eBay Australia and Amazon Australia. CP Bot is not an API integration. It does not connect to eBay's or Amazon's developer APIs and is not a registered application on either marketplace. It works only inside your own browser, on pages you are already signed in to and viewing, performing the same copy-and-paste steps you would otherwise do by hand. It never asks for, stores, or transmits your eBay or Amazon password, API key, or OAuth token. Core Functions: 1. Order Scanning: Safely extracts buyer shipping addresses (recipient name, street, suburb, state, postcode, and phone number) directly from eBay AU Seller Hub order detail pages, including per-item names and quantities for multi-item orders. 2. Form Autofill: Automatically inputs the collected address details into the Amazon AU checkout and address creation forms, or selects a matching existing address from the Amazon address book, eliminating manual copy-pasting. If Amazon asks you to verify the address, CP Bot always keeps your original address rather than Amazon's suggested alternative, and stops for you to choose manually if it cannot confirm that. 3. Open Checkout from a Product Page (optional): From an Amazon AU product page, CP Bot can click Amazon's own "Buy Now" button to open that item's checkout, decline Amazon's Prime offer if one appears by following Amazon's own decline link, and then fill the buyer address. This automation ends at a filled checkout page. It never places the order, never completes a payment, and never accepts a paid subscription. If the Prime decline link cannot be found, it stops and asks you to continue manually rather than clicking anything else, and it gives up after two attempts. 4. Address Verification: After filling, CP Bot compares the address applied at Amazon checkout against the intended buyer address and shows a clear colour-coded confirmation. It re-checks automatically when you refresh a checkout page or move between checkout steps, so the result always reflects what Amazon is currently showing. This is an advisory safety check only. It never blocks, changes, or completes an order. 5. On-Page Verification Notice (optional): The verification result can also be shown as a read-only notice directly above Amazon's "Place your order" button, so it is visible where the decision is made. Off by default and toggleable from the extension popup or your dashboard settings. It never covers the button, never receives clicks, and never alters Amazon's own page content. 6. Manual Address Edit: Lets you correct a scanned address before copying it. Edits are held in the browser for that session only and are never stored on our servers. 7. Gift Message Automation: Optionally marks items as gifts and fills gift message and sender name fields during checkout, with support for multi-item orders and reusable message templates. 8. Cross-Device Clipboard: Optionally copies an order address to a temporary cloud clipboard so you can paste it from another browser or computer. 9. Fulfillment Logs: Syncs basic transaction records (status, recipient postcode, and ASINs) with your secure dashboard to prevent duplicate orders. Strict "Human-in-the-Loop" Security: - CP Bot does NOT place orders or automate payments. It only fills address and gift message fields and opens checkout pages. The final purchase must be completed manually by the user. - CP Bot refuses to activate purchase and payment controls. Buttons such as "Place your order", "Submit order", "Confirm purchase", and any Prime sign-up or "and pay" button are blocked outright and are never clicked. - It never accesses or handles credit card details, passwords, or payment credentials. - CP Bot paces repeated address entries and stops automatically if Amazon presents a security check, keeping activity within normal human usage patterns. Why We Need Specific Host Permissions: - *.ebay.com.au: Used to read shipping addresses from your active eBay Seller Hub order details tabs. - *.amazon.com.au: Used to autofill address and gift message fields on Amazon checkout screens, verify that the applied delivery address matches the intended buyer, open a product page's checkout when you use Buy Now, and detect which Amazon account is currently signed in. - rccp.automationalchemists.com: Used to sync credentials and settings securely between your browser session and your web dashboard. Privacy & Data Obligation: All sensitive shipping data is processed locally. Cross-device sync relies on a temporary clipboard that automatically deletes data after 5 minutes.
