CoverPro AI - One Click Cover Letter Builder

Upload not working

I cannot get CoverPro AI to upload a resume. I have tried my account and my husbands and it just stays on processing or says "error". Uninstalled the extension and reinstalled, logged in and out. None of it works. Have used it in the past and it was awesome! Have also tried multiple file formats. pdf comes back with an error and doc stays at processing and never changes.
