Facing issue while generating the cover letter

Cover letter is not getting generated even though i am following all the steps mentioned. It is constantly throwing "Something went wrong" message while pasting the url link directly . Even while using the extension , on clicking the generate blue button, it does nothing . Unable to load the job details . Please look into this .
