See exactly where your Costco money goes, using the receipts already in your Costco account. Receipt Insights downloads your in-warehouse, gas station, and online order history and turns it into a private dashboard, laid out like the receipts it comes from. WHAT YOU GET • Total spending, number of trips, and your average trip • Monthly spending chart, split into warehouse, online, and gas • Price adjustments you can still claim, with the "claim by" date for each, and a count on the toolbar button when one is about to expire • This month's coupon book matched against what you buy: things on sale now that you buy often, and recent purchases you can get a price adjustment on • "Is Executive membership worth it?" Your real 2% reward compared with the $65 upgrade cost, worked out from your actual purchases • Every item you've bought, sorted by money spent or how often you buy it • Price history for each item: what you paid over time, with sale purchases highlighted • Gas: gallons, fill-ups, price per gallon over time, fuel type, and every station you've used • Coupons and instant savings, returns, and sales tax paid • Food court and pharmacy visits tracked separately, so a $1.50 hot dog doesn't skew your average trip • Full product names (not just the receipt abbreviations) • Filter everything by date range or payment method (Costco Visa, debit, cash, 2% reward, and more) • Export every line item to CSV for Excel, Google Sheets, YNAB, Monarch, or Tiller HOW IT WORKS 1. Install it. A short setup page opens. 2. Sign in at costco.com like you normally do. 3. Click "Sync receipts". Your dashboard opens when it's done. After that, it stays up to date by itself: when you visit costco.com while signed in, new receipts are added in the background (at most once a day). PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Your receipts are stored only in your browser and never sent to us or anyone else • No sign-up and no ads • Optional anonymous usage stats (for example "sync finished, 180 receipts") help us fix problems.
