Cost Nudge shows meeting organizers the estimated labor cost of a meeting as they schedule it in real time. The result can be shorter meetings, with fewer people, or sometimes no meeting at all. Less time is spent in unproductive meetings and more time is available to get real work done. The meeting cost comes from salary bands the business can define, never from anyone's individual pay, and it appears only for meetings with three or more matched employees. Cost Nudge is for businesses and supports employees who use Google Calendar. It requires a paid business subscription. Employees sign in with their Google work account.
