Overview

Build a filtered AWS Cost Explorer link by pasting lists of account IDs, regions, and services instead of typing them one by one.

Cost Explorer doesn't let you paste a list of account IDs, regions, or services into its filters. You add them one at a time, click by click, every time you need to check a subset of accounts or narrow down a usage type. This extension fixes that. Paste a list in whatever format you already have it, comma-separated, copied straight from an Excel or Sheets column, tab-separated rows, semicolon-separated, or even a SQL-style tuple, and it turns into filter values automatically. Works the same way across every filter: Service, Linked account, Region, Usage type, Charge type, Billing entity, and more behind a "Show more filters" toggle, including Resource and Tag, which support their own Include/Exclude per resource type or tag key. Pick a date range using the same quick presets Cost Explorer itself offers (1 day, 7 days, month to date, and more), a granularity, and the extension builds the full Cost Explorer link for you. Copy it, or open it directly in a new tab. No login, no account access, no API calls. Everything happens locally inside the popup. The extension makes no network requests at all, nothing you type or paste is ever sent anywhere or stored beyond the current session. Only your last-used date range and granularity are remembered locally, so the popup doesn't reset every time you open it. You'll need to already be signed into the AWS Console with Cost Explorer read access for the generated link to work, this extension only builds the link, it doesn't handle sign-in. Built for AWS Cloud FinOps teams, AWS billing admins, and anyone who spends real time in AWS Cost Explorer and is tired of clicking "Add filter" over and over. Free to use, no catch. If it saves you time, there's an optional way to say thanks in the extension's Documentation tab.
