Corpowid — WCAG Accessibility Checker & Audit
Overview
Scan any web page against WCAG 2.2. Check contrast, focus order, headings, landmarks, alt text and screen reader flow.
Corpowid Accessibility Toolkit is a browser-based accessibility evaluation tool for web teams. Open any page, run a scan, and see exactly which WCAG success criteria it fails, where the problem is in the markup, and what a compliant version would look like. Built for developers, QA engineers, designers and accessibility specialists who need answers on the page they are looking at — not in a report that arrives next week. WHAT IT CHECKS • Colour contrast — text and non-text elements, evaluated against WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 at both AA and AAA, with accessible colour alternatives suggested for every failure • Focus order — visualise the keyboard tab sequence directly on the page and spot illogical or broken navigation paths • Headings — inspect the heading outline and find skipped levels or missing structure • Landmarks — see the page's landmark regions and identify unlabelled or missing ones • Alternative text — review every image, flag missing or unhelpful alt text, with AI-assisted description suggestions • Typography — line height, text spacing and resizing behaviour • Touch targets — minimum target size checks for pointer and touch input • ARIA — roles, states, properties and their annotations in context SCREEN READER SIMULATION Follow how a screen reader traverses the page in real focus order. See and hear how content, landmarks, links and form controls are announced, and identify missing labels, incorrect reading order and structural problems that break assistive technology navigation — without setting up a separate screen reader environment. VISION SIMULATOR Preview any page as it appears to users with different vision conditions, including several forms of colour blindness, reduced contrast sensitivity, blurred vision, ghosting and glare. The vision generator produces side-by-side frames of each simulation for use in reviews, audits and stakeholder presentations. UNDERSTAND AND VALIDATE Every finding is mapped to the WCAG success criterion it relates to and highlighted in the page source, so you can see the exact element that caused it. You can also preview a corrected version of an element locally in your browser and toggle it on and off, to confirm a proposed fix resolves the issue before it is written into your codebase. Previews are local to your browser session and do not modify the live site. REPORTING Export scan results for documentation, hand-off, procurement responses and conformance evidence. Findings can feed into VPAT and Accessibility Conformance Report workflows. STANDARDS COVERED WCAG 2.0, WCAG 2.1 and WCAG 2.2 at levels A, AA and AAA. Useful when working toward ADA, Section 508, the European Accessibility Act, EN 301 549 and other regional accessibility requirements. PRIVACY Pages are evaluated in your browser.
