MS Edge discontinued 'Smart Copy' so I tried this on only one web site at this time which is all I need to do right now and its working perfectly ('tvdb' seasons columns).

looks very promising, but i can't uset it unfortunately. alt+click on my chromebook invokes right_click. it could be nice to leave the combination configurable. thanks a lot anyway!
