CopyBuddy remembers the text you copy, so you stop losing things and stop copying the same thing twice. It lives in Chrome's side panel, docked next to the page instead of in a popup that vanishes the moment you click away. Your history stays visible while you work. WHAT IT DOES - Saves what you copy automatically, with the newest clip on top - Search your history to find that thing you copied an hour ago - Pin clips you want to keep, and archive the rest instead of deleting - Send any clip straight to Google, Bing, DuckDuckGo, YouTube, Amazon, or your own custom search - Paste a clip into the text box you are working in, without switching windows - Save any clip as a PDF, including copied tables and articles with their formatting intact - Share a clip as a link, a QR code, or a downloadable file BUILT TO STAY PRIVATE Your clipboard history never leaves your computer. There is no account, no sign-in, no server, and no analytics. Nothing is uploaded, because there is nowhere for it to go. The only time a clip travels anywhere is when you press Search or Share yourself. CopyBuddy also watches for things that look like card numbers or long secrets and skips saving them by default. You can turn that off, and you can turn off history capture entirely whenever you want. Because it stores copied text, do not use CopyBuddy as a vault for passwords or recovery phrases.
