Copy Webpage as Markdown — Ctrl+A
Overview
Save any page as clean Markdown. One click, preview blocks, drop the nav and ads, then copy or download .md. No account.
Copy Webpage as Markdown (Ctrl+A) turns any web page into clean Markdown in one click — then lets you delete the blocks you don't want before you copy. Paste straight into ChatGPT, Claude, Obsidian, or Notion: no nav, no ads, no cookie banners — just the article. Nothing leaves your browser. HOW IT WORKS 1. Click the A icon, then hit the big Ctrl+A button. 2. The page opens as Markdown, block by block. 3. Click or drag the blocks you don't want and exclude them. Click an excluded row to bring it back. 4. Copy to clipboard, or download as .md. WHY IT'S DIFFERENT - You choose what to keep. Most converters give you the whole page or a fixed "reader" guess. This one shows every block and lets you cut. - No account, no sign-in, no server. The conversion runs in your browser and the text never leaves your machine. - Minimal permissions: activeTab and scripting only. It touches the tab only when you press the button. - Works on any Chromium browser: Chrome, Edge, Brave.
