Copy Trail: Clipboard Manager & Cursor Trail

Overview
A copy trail follows your cursor and a glass clipboard history lets you copy or paste anything you copied again, in one click.
Copy Trail turns copying into something you can see and reuse. Every time you copy text, a link, or an image on any website, a small card glides out from your cursor so you get instant visual feedback. At the same time, that item is saved to a clean clipboard panel, so you always have your recent copies one click away to copy again or paste straight into any field. It is part clipboard history manager, part delightful cursor effect, and it works on every site without slowing your browsing down. WHAT YOU GET Clipboard history that remembers everything Copy Trail keeps your recent copied items in one tidy panel. Text snippets, links, and images are each saved with a clear type label and preview, so you can find what you need at a glance. One click to copy or paste Open the panel and click any saved item to put it back on your clipboard. Or use the paste button to drop it straight into whatever text box is focused on the page, with no Control V needed. Perfect for filling forms, reusing links, and moving snippets between sites. A copy trail you can actually see Each copy spawns a little white card that smoothly follows your cursor. Text shows TXT, links show a link icon, and images show a thumbnail. It is a fun, low key confirmation that your copy worked. History that survives tabs and navigation Your clipboard list is stored locally and stays with you when you open a new tab or follow a link, so nothing disappears mid task. Clean, modern design The panel uses a readable frosted glass style with a subtle accent, and lives in an isolated layer so it never clashes with the page you are on. Private by design Copy Trail does not send anything anywhere. Your clipboard history is stored only on your own device using local browser storage. There are no accounts, no tracking, and no network requests. HOW TO USE IT 1. Copy anything as you normally would. 2. Watch the card trail confirm the copy near your cursor. 3. Click the clipboard button in the bottom right corner, or press Alt plus C, to open the panel. 4. Click an item to copy it again, or use the paste button to insert it into the focused field. Use the X to remove an item, which also clears its card from the trail. You can rebind the shortcut any time under chrome://extensions/shortcuts. Turn the whole effect on or off from the toolbar popup.
