Copy the Link Text, Not the URL
Overview
Right-click a link to copy its visible text instead of the URL.
Copy the visible text of any link with a single right-click. Instead of copying the destination URL, this extension copies the text you see on the page. It is useful when you want to share a link title, label, or anchor text without exposing the URL itself. Features: - Right-click any link and choose Copy link text - Copies visible link text instead of the URL - Falls back to aria-label, title, or image alt text for icon-only links - Works on regular pages and nested frames - No keyboard shortcut - No remote code - No analytics How it works: 1. Right-click a link. 2. Select Copy link text. 3. Paste the copied text anywhere you need it. This extension runs locally in your browser. It does not send browsing data, page content, or clipboard contents to any server.
