Overview
Copy web pages into clean, formatted Markdown (.md). Extract CONTENT.md, DESIGN.md, and LINKS.md easily, for free.
Copy web pages into clean, formatted Markdown (.md). Extract any web page or open tabs to clean Markdown, CSS design tokens, and links, formatted perfectly for AI and LLM context. Whether you are saving articles to Obsidian, clipping research into Notion, or feeding clean text data into AI models, Copy Markdown extracts exactly what you need and strips away the HTML bloat. What it extracts: • CONTENT.md: Semantic markdown including headings, paragraphs, links, images, tables, and fenced code blocks. • DESIGN.md: Analyzes the CSSOM of any site to extract core design tokens like colors and fonts, outputting them as JSON and CSS variables. • LINKS.md: Extracts all valid URLs on the page into a Markdown list and automatically hunts down the root sitemap.xml. You can toggle exact behaviors in the settings panel to pull SEO meta information, preserve actual image links, or switch between extracting just the current tab versus combining all active tabs into one single file. Your browsing data never leaves your machine because everything is processed locally with zero tracking, external servers, or data collection.
