Recipe Plug=in

I have it installed in Google Chrome and it says it is installed, but it does not work. No strawberry. I have contacted support, with no help.

How to capture and keep all recipes from 9 years of the TV Program "Home and Family". They are programed to be unavailable in the next 2 days.

Hallmark has programed them to be unavailable in the next 2 days.

No strawberry icon Goes to web page but no tool bar for capture at the top. Says when I find the extension in Chrome do you want to remove this plug in. so I know it is there.

Unable to capture recipes from the WEB. Unable to login to Cook'n.

I use Cook'n in Chrome on Windows 10. I've used that environment since I started having issues with MS Edge - several years ago. Suddenly the "capture button" disappeared. I have tried all the things I know to do. I also can't log into Cook'n - error message that it took too long for Cook'n to respond. What should I do?

Problems with login

Too many problems with login but when I get it right, I get a whole host of problems with the password (or Invalid Credentials)

cant save to desktop

I have recipes on my desktop in Cookn, but dont have cloud account. I have installed extension but when i go to capture recipe on desktop it says cant sign in as has no cloud account.works fine on tablet but want to save on desktop computer, windows 10.

Plugin not working

My Cook'n plugin is gray in both Chrome and Firefox. When I attempt to use it, I just get a window showing that it is trying to sync with the Cloud, but it never does complete the task. Help!

reset password

I can't remember my password. I have clicked on reset my password from 3 different devices. It says it sent a reset to my email but the email isn't there. I've check inbox, social promotions and spam.
