The Cooking Toolkit provides information on ingredient substitutions for people with dietary requirements, cooks who are looking to experiment, and those who have just run out of an ingredient. Simply put in the ingredient and amount, and a list of possible substitutions will appear with the recommended amount, and the pros, cons and additional information of this substitute.
