CookieGuard AI is an on-device cookie security scanner that helps identify potentially risky authentication-cookie configurations. CookieGuard AI analyzes cookies associated with the current website and uses a bundled machine-learning model to identify cookies likely to be used for authentication. It checks security properties including: • Secure • HttpOnly • SameSite • Domain and path scope • Cookie lifetime • Authentication-related characteristics For identified risks, CookieGuard AI explains why the cookie was flagged and provides actionable security recommendations. PRIVACY-FIRST CookieGuard AI runs locally in your browser. Its machine-learning model and inference engine are bundled with the extension, so no external AI service or backend server is required for analysis. Cookie values may be processed temporarily on-device to calculate classification features. Raw cookie values are not transmitted to CookieGuard AI servers. CookieGuard AI is an open-source security and educational tool.
