Simply does not work. I installed it, but it wasn't doing anything and the cookie pop ups continued.

We are sorry that CookieBlock breaks some of the websites you visit. Can you let us know which? We tested single sign on by Google on a few websites and found no issues.

I hate being tracked so this is just another tool to keep those trusted with cookies on the straight and narrow

@sloth Our extension only collects a local database of cookies for the purpose of improving the cookie classifier accuracy, and this functionality is disabled by default. Moreover, even if collected, this data never leaves the browser, so there is no risk for privacy or security, and we certainly do not track users. You can verify that this is the case by checking the source code of the extension, which we have made available on Github (the link is available on our website). Of course you can also compare it with the source of the extension package in your Chrome profile folder, for added certainty.

Works perfectly, you can also choose which cookies you want to accept and which not. This extension is better than most that just quickly accept all cookies and do not block them.

Great extension which takes care of all the annoying cookie pop-ups. It is also very user friendly. All the options/settings are clearly explained in a way that even a non IT-expert can easily make an informed decision what to choose. Even though it does not work 100% for every single website, it is easy to just add an exception for the site where it fails but otherwise enjoy the absence of cookie pop-ups in a vast majority of cases. Highly recommend.
