Cookie Editor with CHIPS / Partitioned Cookie Support — CookieJar
Overview
The MV3 cookie tool that shows, groups & deletes Partitioned cookies (CHIPS) legacy editors miss. Full editor + export. 100% local.
CookieJar is the MV3 cookie manager that correctly shows, groups, deletes and exports Partitioned cookies (CHIPS) — the cross-site cookies that legacy editors like EditThisCookie simply can't see. Modern Chrome partitions third-party cookies by top-level site (CHIPS / the "Partitioned" attribute). Most cookie tools were built before this and show an incomplete, misleading picture. CookieJar lists every cookie across partitions and groups them by their partition (top-level site), so you finally see the full picture — and can delete or export partitioned cookies correctly. It's also a full general cookie manager: view, create, edit and delete cookies, auto-categories (Essential, Functional, Analytics, Advertising, Social, Unknown), a per-site privacy score, bulk delete, and JSON + Netscape (curl-compatible) import/export. A modern alternative to EditThisCookie (removed from Chrome for not migrating to Manifest V3) and Cookie AutoDelete (no longer maintained). Built for trust: • Your cookie data never leaves your device — all cookie reading and editing happens locally in your browser. • We never sell, share, or monetize your cookie data. • No "debugger" permission. No remote code execution. Free to use.
