Cookbook Clipper

The Cookbook Clipper is not working for me. It will not allow me to log in to my account even when I open my account through the Web Account. My account is open but the Cookbook Clipper does not recognize it.

Adding Recipe, Scan Recipe (OCR) but photo does not show up so can add title, etc.

Hi. I'm not sure why this isn't working for me now. I use the recipe scanner, take a photo, but the photo does not load onto the page so that I can select to add the title, ingredients, etc. Can't really use the app now without the OCR function.
