Convert URL Text to Links

Convert URLs in the text into links.

Converts a non-clickable URL into a link. URLs that are not simply links or that omit the "h" and more will become clickable. In dynamic web applications such as Twitter (X), please enable "Observe page changes" for optimal usage.
