Turn the HighLevel Live Chat conversation you are working on into a readable printout or PDF. Open a supported conversation on app.gohighlevel.com, click the printer icon, and review the prepared transcript. Print it or save it as a PDF using Chrome's print dialog. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Print message text with displayed times, date separators and conversation events. • Add an optional business name to your printout. • Use 0.75-inch margins on all four sides by default. Custom Chrome print settings can override these margins. • Review the transcript before printing. • Open a support email draft from the preview, including if preparation fails. 14-DAY FREE TRIAL Verify your email to start your first 14-day trial. No payment card is required, and the trial does not charge automatically. After free access ends, choose $2.99 USD per month or $29 USD per year for one user. Both plans include the same printing features. Paid subscriptions renew until canceled. Manage billing from the preview. A current trial or subscription and an internet connection to verify access are required to collect and print a conversation. SUPPORTED CONVERSATIONS The initial release supports the HighLevel Live Chat text layout on app.gohighlevel.com. Your HighLevel account and access to the conversation are required. Keep the same conversation open while the preview prepares. Current filters and unavailable history can limit what appears. Check the first and last message before printing. Attachment contents are not embedded. SMS, email, other messaging channels and agency login domains are not currently advertised as supported. This is a printing utility, not a backup or a guaranteed complete account export. YOUR INFORMATION Conversation text, displayed contact and sender labels, times and the source conversation link are processed in your browser for the preview. The extension does not upload the conversation to Shellful Innovations. Your optional business name and sign-in session are saved in this browser. Email verification and access checks use our account service; purchases use Stripe. PDFs and paper copies you create remain under your control. REPORT A PROBLEM Use Report a problem to open an email draft, or contact info@si-digital.com. Review the draft before sending. Automatic report fields contain only the extension version and preparation status, not customer conversations or identifiers. Remove customer information from any screenshots you choose to attach.
